Our Programs
HVAC/R
Our HVAC/R program is lab-based, with all courses rooted in hands-on training. Learn the basics of HVAC/R maintenance, repairs, and installation from experienced technicians while practicing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment you’ll see in the field. Students also learn how to troubleshoot common problems experienced by residential and commercial systems.
Culinary Arts
Are you passionate about food and service? Our Culinary Arts program may be right for you. Master the creation of international cuisines. Learn basic cooking skills and techniques from professional chefs to lay a foundation for restaurant employment or ownership. Earn your Culinary Arts degree, or get your Associate’s degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management.
Pastry and Baking
Learn how to make cakes, cookies, bread, and more in our chef-taught Pastry and Baking programs. Master key baking fundamentals and pastry techniques that are influenced by international cuisines, particularly Latin American and Cuban.
