About the Program
Learn how to make beautiful bread, delicious pastries, and other baked goods in our Pastry and Baking Arts diploma program or Pastry and Baking Management Associate’s program. Taught by professional pastry chefs and bakers, our courses help students develop baking fundamentals and pastry techniques inspired by international cuisines—including French, Italian, American, Latin American, and Cuban. Train to assist pastry chefs and master bakers through our hands-on program.
